3. Eligibility
Ludo is a decentralized platform that does not require traditional accounts, usernames, or passwords. However, to use Ludo's tools and services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Use Web3 wallets (such as MetaMask or similar) to interact with the platform.
Have the legal capacity to interact with blockchain-based assets and systems in your jurisdiction.
4. Wallets and Private Keys
Since Ludo does not require a centralized account, all interactions are made via Web3 wallets. You are responsible for maintaining control of your private keys and wallet credentials. Ludo has no access to or control over your private keys, and cannot recover them if lost. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your wallet information.
5. Use of the Platform
By using Ludo, you agree to:
Connect your Web3 wallet to the platform for decentralized interactions.
Only engage with the platform in ways that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Avoid using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
Not manipulate or exploit the reputation system, or engage in practices that could undermine the trustworthiness of the Web3 ecosystem.
6. Reputation Data and Ludo Rank
Ludo Rank provides decentralized reputation scoring based on user interactions across blockchains. These scores are generated through AI algorithms that analyze blockchain data. However, the reputation scores are for informational purposes only, and should not be interpreted as financial or investment advice. Ludo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the reputation scores.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Ludo is built on decentralized protocols, and the platform does not collect or store personal data. Any data associated with your reputation or interactions is stored on-chain and is linked to your wallet address. You are in control of your data via your blockchain wallet, and Ludo does not have access to any off-chain personal information.
8. Risks of Blockchain Technology
By using Ludo, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in blockchain and Web3 technologies, including:
Price volatility of blockchain-based assets.
Security risks associated with wallets and smart contracts.
Potential vulnerabilities in decentralized protocols. Ludo is not liable for any losses or damages you may incur from the use of its platform, including issues arising from third-party integrations, blockchain failures, or hacking incidents.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Ludo may integrate with third-party blockchain projects, protocols, or APIs. Ludo does not have control over these external services, and you agree that Ludo is not responsible for the accuracy, performance, or actions of third-party services. Always exercise caution when interacting with third-party smart contracts or assets.
10. Intellectual Property
While Ludo is built on decentralized principles, the algorithms, trademarks, and branding associated with the platform are intellectual property of Ludo. You may not use, copy, or distribute Ludo's proprietary technologies or branding without prior permission, except as permitted by the open nature of decentralized systems.
11. Governance and Ludo DAO
Ludo is governed by its decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), where community members participate in the decision-making process. By participating in the DAO, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines set by the community. All proposals, votes, and decisions made within the DAO are binding for the development and governance of the Ludo ecosystem.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ludo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms. This includes any disputes related to blockchain transactions, wallet security, or smart contract interactions.
13. Termination
Ludo may terminate your access to the platform if you engage in illegal or unethical behavior, or if you violate these terms. Due to the decentralized nature of the platform, Ludo reserves the right to block wallet addresses or take other necessary actions to protect the integrity of the ecosystem.
14. Amendments
These terms may be updated or amended periodically. Changes will be communicated through decentralized channels, such as the Ludo DAO. Continued use of the platform after any updates will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of decentralized ecosystems and blockchain governance. Any legal disputes or claims arising from these terms will be resolved through decentralized arbitration methods agreed upon by the community.
16. Contact Information
For any questions or concerns regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact us through decentralized communication channels or the Ludo DAO governance portal.
